Our engineers and designers are well experienced on using the most famous software like UG, PRO-E, SOLIWORKS, MASTERCAM to design the moulds appropriately for CNC machining. Our engineers are also able to predict and solve injection molding problems in the earliest stage of product with the help of software like MOULDFLOW. We are able to supply every kind of prototype either functional or just aesthetic.
At present,the equipments are high speed CNC machine,deep hole drilling machines, slow feeding wire-cut machines, EDM, die spotting machines and some other conventional equipments.Our moulds include: injection mould for automotive, pressing mould,SMC,GMT mould,IMD Mould etc.Some of our customers are:audi,buick,volksvagen,royalstar, etc.
